Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
