Relocating to Crestwood, IL -pros and cons?

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and Median household income is $68,686, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
