Moving to Crestwood for work -advice?

OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,048 for rent here. The median home value here is around $291,400, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've lived in Sunset for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Active local events and festivals
- The safety scene is improving

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. No regrets on my end..
