Moving to Creve Coeur with kids -good idea?

OK so I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $566,100, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great Korean places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
