Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $119,454, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Creve Coeur sits at 74.4 per 100K. The median home value here is around $566,100, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
