Hi all, I'm a 48-year-old HR manager and Rent is about $2,193/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $507,000, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
