Moving to Crofton for work -advice?

Hi all, I'm a 48-year-old HR manager and Rent is about $2,193/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $507,000, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much stable but now it's average.
