Hi all, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $43,795 in Crosby. It's a a small town city with about 3,038 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
