Alright, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 20.6%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $512/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 1,718 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
