Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are The median home value here is around $144,000, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
