Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in automotive and Poverty rate is 33.8%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $141,800, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
