Is Crownpoint good for remote workers?

So, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
