Best apartments in Crystal City under ?

Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've lived in Oak Park for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Portland, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Good internet infrastructure
- The job market scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
