Anyone else feel this way? Median household income is $38,598, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 36.8%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
