Just moved here 14 months ago and Rent is about $1,437/month for a decent place. With a population of 22,685, Crystal is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,437 for rent here. The median home value here is around $280,500, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.
