Is Crystal getting better or worse?

Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,437 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.
