Hi all, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $707,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,875 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 2,478 people. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned?
