Anyone regret moving to Culver City?

Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,683/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $1,126,900 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 39,993 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
