We have two kids and Household incomes average around $122,312 in Culver City. With a population of 39,993, Culver City is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
