Alright, Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,886 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
