Hey everyone, Just moved here 10 months ago and Household incomes average around $231,139 in Cupertino. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,886 people. You can expect to pay around $3,501 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
