Pros and cons of Cupertino after 9 years

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Cupertino sits at 91.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $231,139 in Cupertino. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The safety is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
