Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 15.6%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a small town city with about 5,157 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Cut Off? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
