First post here. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Eastside area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.
