Cheapest neighborhoods in Cutler Bay?

I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,893/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $82,155 in Cutler Bay. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Good schools
- Diverse community
- Low taxes
- Active local events

Cons:
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Boring for young people
- Limited cultural events
- Homelessness issues downtown
What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Baltimore about 12 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are wild, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Definitely worth checking out..
