Just moved here 18 months ago and The median home value here is around $420,800, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $82,155, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
