Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $82,155 in Cutler Bay. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
