Why I chose Cutler Bay over bigger cities

Household incomes average around $82,155 in Cutler Bay. You can expect to pay around $1,893 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
