Cutlerville quality of life -am I missing something?

Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $200,900 on average. It's a a small town city with about 19,465 people. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $65,833, which feels about average for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Nice parks and trails
- Low crime in most areas
- Plenty of shopping options
- Active local events

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Sprawl everywhere
- Lack of diversity
- Not enough green space
What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
