Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2016. Household incomes average around $65,833 in Cutlerville. The median home value here is around $200,900, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
