First time home buyer in Cuyahoga Falls

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $174,700, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Cuyahoga Falls?

I've lived in Eastside for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The dating scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. No regrets on my end..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The weather is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
