Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $870,100 on average. Household incomes average around $124,167 in Cypress. Median household income is $124,167, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
