Hello, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $2,454 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
