Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 17 years and Median household income is $62,767, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
