Affordable areas near Dakota Dunes?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 4,129, Dakota Dunes is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in West area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
