Is public transit usable in Dakota Ridge?

Hey, Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this?

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
