Best companies to work for in Dale City?

Hey, Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 72,793 people. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Dale City sits at 76.8 per 100K. Median household income is $113,245, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I've lived in North for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- The food scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Good luck with whatever you decide..
