Best industries in Dale City right now

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,868/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 72,793 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 15 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
