Been meaning to ask this. I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $113,245, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 72,793 people. Rent is about $1,868/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
