First time home buyer in Dale

Curious what people think. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 19.6%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
