First post here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
