Dallas is underrated, change my mind
First post here. The median home value here is around $355,700, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,184 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned?
