Grocery stores in Dallas -recommendations?

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from San Diego about 4 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong job market in several industries

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are manageable, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Hope this helps!.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great seafood places. it exceeded my expectations.

Came here for family and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The housing market is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
