Hey, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Dallas sits at 282.6 per 100K. The median home value here is around $355,700, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
