I've lived in Oak Cliff for the past 9 years. The weather took some getting used to but I actually love it now.
The weather averaging 69F year-round is {weather_feel}. Home prices averaging is {home_feel}.
Honestly the biggest downside is the sprawl. I feel like Dallas is becoming more expensive without getting better.
Would love local perspectives.
