I know this gets asked a lot but

Born and raised Dallas. Never left. The legal scene here is really picking up.

Home prices averaging is {home_feel}. I'm paying /mo for a 2-bed in Lower Greenville and honestly feels like a steal.

What I like:
- Great food scene
- Good airport
- Strong arts and culture scene

What I don't:
- Rising rent
- Nightlife is lacking
- Water quality concerns
- Not much to do late at night

Downtown has improved dramatically since I first moved here. Downtown has improved dramatically since I first moved here.

I walk my dog through Lakewood every day and The {industry} scene here is really picking up.. The vibe has really transformed in the past couple years.

Let me give you the perspective nobody asked for but everyone needs.

I've lived in Lower Greenville, Uptown, and currently in Oak Lawn. Each one feels like a different city honestly.

Rent comparison:
- Lower Greenville: /mo for a 3-bed
- Uptown: about /mo
- Oak Lawn: /mo but improving

The suburbs vs city debate here is real.. The key is finding your neighborhood. Once you do, Dallas really clicks.
