Housing in Daly City compared to Denver

Longtime lurker here, I'm a 34-year-old data analyst and Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Moved here from Raleigh about 6 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to public transit but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The cost of living is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
