Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $496,500, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,665/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
