Best and worst neighborhoods in Dania Beach

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,636/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Came here for school and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cultural scene is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
