I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Dania Beach sits at 678.1 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks for reading.
