What Daniels Farm does better than anywhere else

Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 5,995 people. With a population of 5,995, Daniels Farm is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Daniels Farm sits at 55.6 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Lots of new development
- Strong sense of community
- Active local events
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Limited dining options
- Lack of diversity
- Not enough green space
TIA! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
